For your application you will provide all of the items listed on the front of the application. This information must be provided for everyone living in the property that is 18 or older. Your criminal report needs to be from whichever county you have lived in for the past 6 months. Applications require a $25.00, non-refundable, application fee. On any of our properties the security deposit is at least 1 month’s rent, but could be as much as a double deposit depending on your application. There’s only one way to determine if you’re qualified for a property and that’s by submitting an application. Please understand we are in the business to provide our services to you and will work with you to get your application approved, if at all possible. This may require additional information which was not originally listed on the application.

Once your application is completed and approved, we will gladly schedule a time to show you the property. During this showing you may discuss with the property manager the particulars on this property as well as your rental needs. If pets are allowed, an additional non-refundable pet fee is required. All of our properties are rented in the same condition as seen during your viewing. Any alterations to the property must be negotiated prior to leasing the property. Most leases are for a minimum of one year; however in some cases, different lease lengths may be arranged. We look forward to working with you on locating your next house!
