A quiet, friendly community for persons 62 or older OR persons with a mobility impairment as qualified by a medical doctor.
All apartments offer Section 8 Assistance. Rents are based upon your income, assets, and qualified expenses and are verified annually.
Resident pays monthly for their lights, gas, and their portion of the rent,
Stove, fridge, and water are included with rent. The water heater and heat system are gas.
